Quality Policy

UPT Forwarding & Transport Sdn Bhd was incorporated in the early 1970's and has over fifty years of experience in this industry. With networks of over 108 agents across 127 different countries, UPT takes pride in their efficient and reliable freight services.

As the General Manager of UPT, I take foremost responsibility for quality and guarantee our quality system processes are executed and abided by all our employees of UPT. I ensure cyclical reviews of our quality system as well as stimulating all employees in contributing with ideas and actions for seamlessly ameliorating the efficiency of our management system.
